Primary Objectives
- To install and service CAS units for customers across the UK
- To ensure the continued satisfaction for CAS UK Customers
Key Measurables
- To ensure all service work is planned, booked in with customers and carried out promptly in the month due
- To ensure all new installations are completed in time and to specification
- To complete Pre-Installation Surveys where directed by the Service Manager
- To deliver outstanding customer service as measured by customer feedback and site audits
Key Responsibilities
- To take leadership and ownership for completing services and installations at customer sites
- To complete services and new installations within customer SLA’s
- To live the CAS motto of ‘Customer for Life’
- To comply at all times with customers procedures including site inductions, including use of appropriate PPE
- To complete a record of all servicing and installations
- To attend pre-installation surveys with the relevant Area Sales Manager to ensure the feasibility of new installations
- To ensure the correct equipment is present for all customer visits including arranging hire of plant where appropriate
- To take ownership and the care of all IT equipment issued and to be proactive in solving any issues
- To ensure appropriate PPE is available and in good condition at all times should it be required when visiting clients premises
- To keep the assigned company vehicle in good condition, clean both inside and out and to report immediately any damage
- To attend internal meetings both within the UK and also abroad as required
- To attend training as required and to be proactive regarding self-development
- To train new technicians as required by the expansion of the business
- To develop a working knowledge of the SPIN sales process
- Where appropriate to pass sales leads onto the sales team
- To attend services in line with customer requests including work inside and outside normal working hours (evening and weekends)
- Extensive UK travel will be required for this role including nights away based on the assigned work

Skills/Qualifications/Experience

- Previous experience in a Service delivery role is essential
- Must be comfortable working at heights to install and service units
- IPAF and PASMA Certification is also desirable
- Must be IT literate
- Full UK Driving Licence
