What you’ll do

  • Lead and coach a team to deliver safe, person-centred supported housing services.
  • Champion safeguarding and health and safety across the service.
  • Manage performance, supporting colleagues to grow and deliver great outcomes.
  • Oversee service quality, contracts, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customers and partners to improve services and outcomes.

You have

  • Experience leading and supporting teams in housing or support settings.
  • Confidence managing performance and coaching others to succeed.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding and customer-focused practice.
  • Experience working with people with diverse and complex needs.
  • The ability to manage priorities across varied responsibilities.

The practical bits

  • Monday to Friday 9 – 5 day time hours, you’ll work one day per week.
  • Managing a 24 hour staffed service and a supported housing team including night workers.
  • You will manage own diary and be responsible for the services including housing management.
  • Once you are settled in you will be expected to be part of the South on call rota, there is extra payment for this.
  • You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check (we pay).
  • A car is sometimes useful but not required for this role.
