As our Senior Client Services Manager, you’ll lead our Norwich team to deliver person centred housing related support and make it a Great Place to Work for our colleagues! You’ll manage our services which house customers who have experienced homelessness, their support focus on building skills to manage an independent tenancy. We have services at Rosary Road for complex needs, along with 2 move on services in Norwich. What you’ll do Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs. Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately Managing the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service You’ll update customer records, manage finances and KPI;s around voids, arrears and customer engagement Why join us This is more than a job, it’s a place where you feel valued. Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment and people management Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. You’ll have the opportunity to network across services and with commissioners to ensure the service standards are delivered You’ll need a Standard DBS and we pay for that.
