Senior Share Reward Tax Manager
Equity Incentives Tax Senior Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Equity Incentives Tax Senior Manager to join our growing tax team.
Working with a diverse range of clients—from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses to expanding corporates—you’ll tackle a variety of interesting and challenging tax advisory projects.
A key part of this role involves developing junior team members into accomplished tax advisors, whilst also supporting business development activities as we continue to expand.
Role
Collaborating closely with our Tax Partners and Directors, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a broad spectrum of taxation advice, including:
- Structuring and implementing approved and unapproved share schemes
- Advising businesses on equity tax issues related to acquisitions or sales of businesses, including signing off share reward tax due diligence reports
- Developing and coaching trainees
- Contributing to business development within local markets and across the firm
Opportunities also exist to:
- Participate in business strategy
- Contribute to the development of equity incentives tax services

- Appropriately qualified with experience in an equity incentives tax environment
- Desirable: Experience advising on transactions
- An excellent communicator, skilled in building strong client relationships
