Senior Shift Leader – Hickory’s Smokehouse
Join Hickory’s Smokehouse as we embark on an exciting new chapter in our hospitality career! Recently crowned "Best Pub Employer" for 2025 at The Publican Awards, we couldn’t be prouder to offer you an incredible opportunity as a Senior Shift Leader with a competitive pay package of up to £13.51 per hour, plus £3.00 per hour from the tip jar.
About The Role
The Senior Shift Leader at Hickory’s Smokehouse is a dynamic role that supports the management team by:
- Leading shifts and setting the operational standard for each team.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Acting as Manager on Duty when required.
- Leading team development and driving performance through communication, coaching, and decision-making.
- Ensuring high people and guest standards while maintaining outstanding restaurant results.
