The Role
A brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded Shopper Marketing professional to take ownership of insight-led activation across major retail customers. This role will see you develop connected shopper plans across in-store, eCommerce, digital shelf and retail media, working closely with sales, marketing, category and agency partners to create campaigns that drive visibility, engagement and conversion. With strong customer exposure, budget responsibility and the chance to influence how brands show up across the full path to purchase, this is a great next step for someone ready to broaden their impact in a strategic, fast-paced shopper marketing role.

Requirements:
- Worked within a Shopper Marketing role within FMCG
- Experience of multiple categories and markets both within FMCG & OTC environments
- Strong understanding of UK retailers
- Ability to use market, shopper, customer and performance data to build compelling selling stories and optimise activation plans.
- Good at working cross functionally
- Demonstrates good internal influencing skills

Salary:
Up to £75,000 plus benefits, including Company car or allowance, bonus, etc
Location:
Hybrid working. Circa 2 days in West London HQ.
