Senior SIEM Engineer
Location: Fully Remote (UK) Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 Security Clearance: SC Clearance required (or eligibility to obtain)
The Opportunity
TECHTRACE Partners is supporting a leading cyber security organisation that delivers managed security services to enterprise customers, focusing on the onboarding, integration, and optimisation of CrowdStrike Next-Generation SIEM within its MSSP security platform.
As part of continued growth, they are seeking a Senior SIEM Engineer to lead the technical onboarding and integration of customer environments into the organisation’s managed SIEM capability, working across:
- Splunk
- Microsoft Sentinel
- CrowdStrike NG SIEM platforms
While direct CrowdStrike NG SIEM experience is desirable, strong senior-level SIEM engineering experience with Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel is essential, alongside the ability to translate this expertise into next-generation SIEM integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and integration of customer telemetry and log sources into the organisation’s managed SIEM platforms
- Engineer and optimise Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel environments supporting MSSP-delivered security services
- Support the integration and optimisation of CrowdStrike NG SIEM capabilities across customer estates
- Design and implement log ingestion, parsing, and data onboarding pipelines across multi-cloud and enterprise environments
- Develop and tune detection rules, correlation logic, and SIEM use cases to strengthen detection coverage
- Contribute to SIEM platform architecture, scalability, and performance optimisation initiatives
Required Experience
- Proven experience operating as a Senior SIEM Engineer, Detection Engineer, or Security Platform Engineer
- Strong hands-on engineering experience with Splunk and/or Microsoft Sentinel
- Experience working with log ingestion, parsing, data onboarding, and SIEM integrations
- Experience developing detection rules, correlation logic, and SIEM use cases
- Strong understanding of security telemetry pipelines and monitoring architecture
- Active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain UK SC Clearance

Desirable Experience
- Exposure to CrowdStrike Falcon, LogScale, Humio, or CrowdStrike NG SIEM
- Experience supporting SIEM deployments, migrations, or enterprise-scale integrations
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting delivery environments
