Senior Singapore Middle Distillates Trader | London
I'm working with an established oil trading business looking to hire a Senior Singapore Middle Distillates Trader to join their London desk.
This is an opportunity for an experienced trader with strong exposure to the Singapore middle distillates market to step into a well-capitalised trading environment where you'll have the freedom to develop and execute your own ideas.
You'll join a well-established oil trading firm active across the barrel, with multiple partner desks providing market intelligence and cross-product collaboration. The business combines market making with proprietary trading, giving traders the infrastructure, capital and autonomy to build and execute their own strategies.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for trading across the Singapore middle distillates complex, combining market making with proprietary risk.

Key Experience:
- Strong track record trading Singapore middle distillates markets
- Product coverage across gasoil, diesel, jet fuel and kerosene
- Market making experience is essential
- Experience across Singapore swaps, derivatives and physical-linked markets
- Strong understanding of Asian supply and demand, refinery economics and regional trade flows
- Demonstrable PnL generation and proprietary idea development
- Existing relationships across Asian counterparties are highly advantageous
- Experience working across both London and Singapore trading hours is beneficial
