About The Role:
The Crowd are partnered with a trailblazing international architecture and design practice that are seeking a Senior On-Site Architect to represent our client on a major aviation project in Jeddah. This position offers the opportunity to act as the primary on-site liaison between the client, consultants, contractors, and design team, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects from design through to construction.
The role is suited to a licensed Architect who possesses extensive experience in construction administration, site coordination, and project leadership. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design intent is delivered throughout the construction process.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected, design-led practice delivering large-scale, technically complex projects. The studio offers a collaborative working environment, exposure to high-profile developments, and strong opportunities for professional growth and leadership.
This is a 6-month contract primarily based in Jeddah. Full visa support and accommodation and travel expenses will be covered. This would ideally suit a UK Architect looking for a fantastic short-term opportunity in Middle East.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
