About the Role

This Senior Site Coordinator role is based on a construction site in Padeswood and supports a project environment within the energy transition sector. The position sits within a busy site office and works closely with the Project Manager and wider site team. The company is a global EPC contractor delivering consulting services across the full asset lifecycle as well as next-generation project delivery and execution services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and wider site team.
  • Act as a central point of contact for visitors, contractors, and external stakeholders on site.
  • Maintain accurate site records, logs, and registers, including personnel inductions and attendance records.
  • Coordinate meetings, site briefings, and diary management for key stakeholders.
  • Support site personnel with training coordination and monitor completion of required e-learning.
  • Ensure the site office remains organised and fully operational, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Support onboarding activities for new site personnel and contractors.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation in line with company procedures, ensuring accurate filing and version control.
  • Distribute updated drawings, reports, permits, and technical documents to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with health and safety administration, including inductions, training records, incident logs, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Support site audits by ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a site office administration role within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Experience with document control systems and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with site teams and stakeholders.
