Your Role
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will:
- Manage and oversee engineering activities across residential infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
- Set out for roads, drainage, foundations, earthworks, and associated civil engineering works.
- Ensure all works are completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications and programme requirements.
- Supervise and mentor Site Engineers and junior engineering staff.
- Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
- Produce and maintain accurate site records, surveys, and as-built information.
- Ensure SHEQ standards and company procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Support the successful delivery of projects to programme, quality, and budget targets.
The Successful Candidate
- Previous experience working as a Senior Site Engineer or leading a team.
- Strong background in residential infrastructure, groundworks, or civil engineering projects.
- A valid CSCS card and a full UK driving licence.
- Ability to travel to sites across the East Midlands.
