Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
A leading civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Agent to join its growing infrastructure team, delivering a long-term programme of civil engineering projects across North Devon.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a secure pipeline of work, offering long-term career stability, career progression and the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure schemes.
The Role
As Site Agent, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering projects.
- Lead and motivate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Monitor programme performance and resource requirements.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and the wider project team.
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Site Agent or an experienced Sub Agent ready to step up.
- A strong background delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Experience within water, highways, utilities or heavy civils would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of NEC contracts.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
