Your new role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a complex and busy site in the centre of Glasgow. You will oversee the construction of an 18-storey, approximately 600-room building from the ground up. The project will involve the use of post-tensioned (PT) slabs and reinforced concrete (RC) frames, among other advanced construction techniques. This role requires a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects and a keen eye for detail to ensure the successful delivery of this ambitious development.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed for this role, you will need:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS - Black card
- Fire Marshall
- Previous experience with complex projects
- Experience with RC frames, PT slabs and other advanced construction techniques
