Senior Site Manager – Internal Fit Out

Location: North West London
Salary: Up to £85,000 + package

Blayze Group are working with a highly regarded residential developer to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the internal fit out of a major Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development in North West London.

This landmark scheme consists of two high-rise RC frame buildings and is entering the internal delivery phase. The successful candidate will take ownership of the fit out programme, ensuring apartments and communal areas are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will also manage a team of four site-based professionals, so previous experience leading, mentoring, and developing small site teams is essential. This role would suit an experienced Senior Site Manager who enjoys driving quality throughout the finishing stages of complex residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the internal fit out works across a large-scale PBSA development.
  • Manage the day-to-day site operations, reporting directly to the Project Director.
  • Lead and mentor a team of four site-based professionals, ensuring efficient coordination, performance, and delivery of site objectives.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate finishing trades, ensuring excellent sequencing and programme management throughout the internal delivery phase.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures where required.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Chair site meetings, carry out inspections, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the commercial and technical teams to resolve issues and minimise project risk.
  • Drive high-quality finishes through robust quality control and inspection processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
