Senior Site Manager

Location: North West London
Salary: Up to £85,000 + package

Blayze Group are working with a highly respected residential developer to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their growing construction team, delivering a major Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development in North West London.

The project comprises two high-rise RC frame blocks, requiring a Senior Site Manager with strong experience across reinforced concrete frame, façade, and complex residential construction. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to take ownership of a landmark development and play a key role in its successful delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of three site-based professionals, so previous experience leading, mentoring, and developing small site teams is essential. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate and motivate a team to deliver project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all site-based construction activities from delivery through to completion.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, reporting into the Project Director.
  • Manage and mentor a team of three site-based professionals, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of site objectives.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme, quality, and safety requirements are achieved.
  • Oversee RC frame and façade works, ensuring construction activities are delivered in line with specifications.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain construction programmes, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure robust health, safety, environmental, and quality standards are maintained across the project.
  • Chair site meetings, conduct inspections, and provide accurate reporting on progress, resources, risks, and performance.
  • Manage site logistics and coordinate effectively with all project stakeholders.
  • Support the commercial team by identifying and managing potential risks and opportunities.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the site team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
