Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Site Manager role based in the London Area, United Kingdom.

The Senior Site Manager will lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered:

  • Safely
  • On time
  • Within budget
  • To the required quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors
  • Coordinate trades and logistics
  • Maintain an organised and compliant site

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager delivering:
    • Fit-out
    • Refurbishment
    • New build projects
    • Ideally within multiple sectors such as commercial, education, or residential
