About the Role

The Site Manager will oversee all construction works for assigned projects, ensuring the Plant is delivered successfully in terms of budget, time, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate complex construction activities across multiple subcontractors on-site, managing several projects simultaneously
  • Monitor and report on construction progress, resource allocation, and schedules, preventing delays or shortages for future tasks
  • Act as the Owner’s Representative on-site, aligning with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects align with planned work processes (WPM) requirements
  • Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, inspecting site safety practices and addressing unsafe conditions promptly
  • Support quality inspections by documenting findings with photos, reports, and quality records
  • Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)—identifying, documenting, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Plan construction stages during the development phase and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Utilise integrated software systems (rooted in lean construction and WPM principles) for clear, accurate reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
