Senior Social Content Executive
Location: London or Harrogate
About the Role We’re expanding our social team and seeking a Senior Social Content Executive—a true content creator with an eye for premium, performance-driven TikTok and Instagram content. You’ll have complete creative ownership, transforming campaign briefs and cultural trends into visually compelling, platform-native content while managing creator partnerships to keep NEOM at the forefront of social media.

Responsibilities
You will:
- Concept, shoot, and edit short-form TikTok and Instagram content—balancing brand storytelling with performance-driven execution.
- Manage end-to-end social shoots, from shot lists and creator coordination to content capture.
- Turn campaign launches, product moments, and cultural trends into distinctive, platform-native content.
- Occasionally step in front of the camera, representing NEOM with authenticity, warmth, and energy.
- Own creator relationships, building and scaling a pipeline of UGC partners, and overseeing content output.
- Brief and manage creator partnerships end-to-end—contracts, activation, and collaboration.
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats, adapting them thoughtfully to keep NEOM fresh.
- Test new creative tools and AI-enabled solutions, sharing insights with the team.
- Assist with daily social channel management and monthly content planning.
- Track performance data, using social listening to refine strategies.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of social media and content experience, specialising in TikTok/Instagram—with expertise in elevated brand storytelling and creator content.
- Exacting video editing skills (preferably CapCut) and comfort shooting on mobile.
- Ability to direct talent, appear on camera, and represent NEOM with charisma.
- Exceptional creative judgement and a commercial understanding of how content drives brand desire.
- High organisational skills, multitasking with ease under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with social reporting tools (e.g., Dash Hudson) to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Proactive, collaborative, and growth-minded—owning challenges with confidence.
- A passion for wellbeing, beauty, or lifestyle, with a deep love for the NEOM brand.
- Flexibility to support events or activations outside standard hours.
- Prior experience with beauty/fragrance/wellbeing brands or working with creators/UGC (desirable).
- Knowledge of paid social and testing frameworks (desirable).
