Senior Social Creative

About Fabric

Fabric isn’t your average social agency - we’re mavericks, culture-obsessed, trend-first and community-first thinkers. We’re not just about reach; we’re about resonance. We nourish communities, creating social ecosystems that pull audiences in, not just push content out. And now, we’re on the hunt for a Senior Social Creative to help lead the charge.

About The Role

As a Senior Creative, you’ll be helping us raise the bar. Dreaming up outstanding and original ideas across always-on BAU as well as the bigger campaign moments. Concepts that are unique, never-before-seen, original in the feed, a first of their kind. Because at Fabric, we’re not about copying, we’re about taking the lead.

You’ll be setting the gold standard for social-first ideas that cut through the noise. Working closely with our ACDs and CDs, you’ll help lead, inspire and elevate a team of creatives - shaping and evolving work that drives culture, fuels conversation, and makes brands unmissable in the feed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
