About The Role
- Big Brand Social Experience: Experience working at and transforming world-class brands to embrace social-first work, ideally for technology, consumer product, or fashion/beauty brands
- Social-Specific Creative Skillset: Portfolio showing strength in on-brand, self-shot, and self-edited work, mixing in trend-led work, conceptual social, and creator work. Proficient in editing tools like CapCut or Adobe; shoot mainly on a phone
- Attention to detail and craft: Understand how small things lead to better social content performance and be able to tweak and edit according to feedback
- Social Specialist: Proven track record in concepting and executing social campaigns and content across all major platforms
- Agency-Smart & Hands-On: Understanding of agency culture and how to get things done across big businesses with diverse teams
- Platform Native: Up-to-date on trends, formats, and features across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) in both paid and organic formats
- Passionate About Social & Ideas: Understands what makes social tick, what drives great content, how to get ideas made, and how to drive them forwards with craft and care

About You
You combine the stewardship of big brands with the initiative of a social creative and producer.
You’ll ideate and execute brilliant social videos—concept, script, edit, and shoot—primarily for Instagram and TikTok, while adhering to their creative codes.
- You have a strong eye for detail and craft—even in low-fi production—where tweaking a transition or script line makes all the difference online
- You understand how social can drive viral hits and how social delivers business results
- You can translate social codes into big brand ideas, having worked with premium brands, technology, beauty, or high fashion aesthetics, and at higher-level campaign concepts. Your comfort spans micro-trend-led moments to large-scale brand and product campaigns
- You’ve led brand or content-led social accounts before, boosting social creative output and reaffirming its importance in business
- Experience in social, creative, or creator roles
- Preferred: Prior experience with amazing socially-led brands or big brands that have elevated their social game
- Someone who naturally operates in social-centric industries like tech, consumer tech, beauty, home, or innovation-led brands
- A confident communicator, skilled at cross-disciplinary teamwork
- Flexible, driven, organised, and composed under pressure
