This isn’t a traditional paid social role. The landscape has shifted. AI is automating the execution layer, which means the real value now sits in strategy, insight, and creative problem-solving. We’re looking for someone who sees that shift as an opportunity, not a threat.
As a Senior Social Executive, you’ll sit within our Biddable Media team and own the strategic performance of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit for some of the world’s most ambitious B2B brands. You’ll use AI tools to work faster and smarter, freeing yourself to focus on what machines can’t do: thinking critically about audiences, crafting narratives that resonate, and making strategic calls that move the needle.
There’s also a clear progression path. As you grow, you’ll have the chance to develop secondary skillsets in paid search and programmatic, and to shape how AI is embedded into our media practice from the ground up.
Strategy & Performance
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery and sharpen targeting.
- Develop audience strategies grounded in data and intent signals – moving beyond demographic targeting to behavioural and account-based approaches.
- Conduct advanced multivariate testing and use AI-driven analytics to surface insights that inform creative and media decisions.
- Translate campaign performance data into clear, compelling narratives for clients – not just reporting numbers, but telling the story behind them.

AI & Innovation
- Explore, evaluate, and integrate AI tools into paid social workflows – from automated bidding and creative generation to predictive audience modelling.
- Act as an AI champion within the Biddable team, sharing what you learn and helping colleagues adopt new ways of working.
- Contribute to the evolution of Transmission’s proprietary AI solutions, feeding back real-world campaign learnings to improve our tools and processes.
Collaboration & Client Impact
- Work closely with programmatic, analytics, media, and strategy teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel campaigns.
- Present confidently to clients – owning your channel expertise and articulating how paid social fits within broader marketing strategies.
- Manage pacing, invoice reconciliation, and financial troubleshooting for your accounts.
Who You Are
We care more about how you think than where you’ve been. That said, you’ll likely bring:
Experience & Skills
- 2 -3+ years in paid social media, ideally in a B2B agency or complex B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and ideally Reddit Ads.
- A track record of managing and optimising campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes, not just vanity metrics.
- Strong analytical ability – comfortable with data, dashboards, and drawing insight from performance trends.
- Excellent written and spoken English with confident client-facing communication skills.

- Genuinely curious about AI and already using tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar to improve your work.
- A natural problem-solver who thrives on ambiguity – you don’t wait to be told what to do, you figure it out.

- Dynamic and adaptable – comfortable pivoting when the landscape shifts, which in this space happens constantly.
