About THG

We are THG, a global ecommerce group on a mission to be the global online leader in beauty and sports nutrition.

Our portfolio of leading retailers and brands such as LOOKFANTASTIC, Myprotein, ESPA, Perricone MD, and Cult Beauty form our two core businesses: THG Beauty and THG Nutrition.

From Manchester to New York, we’re powered by a team of over 2500 people who work together, lead by example, and think BIG.

With us, you’ll go further, faster. What are you waiting for?

Life at THG Beauty

We know that beauty isn’t one-size-fits-all. Our portfolio of leading retailers and iconic beauty brands caters to everyone, everywhere, empowering customers all over the world to look and feel fantastic.

By combining our portfolio of owned brands inclusive of ESPA, Ameliorate and Christophe Robin, with a marketplace for over 1,300 third-party beauty brands through online retail sites LOOKFANTASTIC, Cult Beauty, and Dermstore, THG Beauty's ambition is to be the global digital partner of choice across the beauty industry, supporting the channel shift to online.

THG Beauty’s breadth of relationships is unique to the beauty market; it engages with brands as a retailer, a brand owner, and a product developer and manufacturer, making it the industry’s digital strategic leader.

Why be a Senior Social Executive at THG Beauty?

As Senior Social Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating culturally relevant, insight-led content that drives brand awareness, engagement and community growth, while ensuring LOOKFANTASTIC remains at the forefront of social trends and platform innovation.

This role requires someone who lives and breathes social media, with their finger firmly on the pulse of emerging trends, content formats, creator activity and cultural moments. You will combine creative thinking with performance insights to identify opportunities, optimise content strategies and continuously improve results across both organic and paid channels.

Working closely with Brand, Creative, Influencer, CRM and Paid Media teams, you will translate audience behaviours and platform learnings into content that resonates with consumers and supports wider business objectives. You will also act as a mentor to the Social Executive, helping elevate the team's creative output and social expertise.

As Senior Social Executive, you’ll:

Content Creation & Creative Leadership

  • Own the day-to-day creation, execution and optimisation of social content across all key platforms, ensuring content is engaging, platform-native and aligned to brand objectives.
  • Lead content ideation and creative development, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that drive engagement, reach and relevance across social channels.
  • Take ownership of content creation, including briefing, capturing and editing content, with a strong understanding of what makes content perform across different platforms and audiences.
  • Drive creative variation and testing, continuously exploring new formats, editing styles, hooks, storytelling techniques and platform features to improve content performance.
  • Work closely with the Senior Social Planning Executive to ensure the smooth integration of content within the wider calendar and visibility to stakeholders.
  • Brief in the monthly and campaign Asset Matrix, as well as develop creative briefs for Beauty Pro content and UGC creators.
  • Attend brand events, capturing dynamic and engaging content that supports brand objectives, retail media deliverables and the wider social strategy.
  • Ensure content is optimised for both organic engagement and paid media performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
