We are a fast-growing food and beverage group with multiple established brands operating across the UK and internationally.
With new store openings, product launches, major campaigns and exciting growth plans ahead, we are looking for a Senior Social Media & Community Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely understands social media, content creation and online communities. You'll work closely with senior management, our marketing team and videographer to execute creative campaigns that generate engagement, awareness and results. Food & Beverage experience is highly desirable.
The Role
As our Senior Social Media & Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts across the business. You will oversee content planning, community management, shoot coordination, influencer outreach, talent sourcing and campaign execution. This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for somebody who can take ownership of the social side of the business and become a key member of our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple social media accounts
- Create and manage monthly content calendars
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Monitor account performance and engagement
- Identify opportunities for growth and audience engagement
- Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries
- Engage with followers across all platforms
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our online community
- Escalate customer service issues where necessary
- Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice

Content Planning & Creative Direction
- Develop monthly content plans
- Create mood boards and creative briefs
- Research content ideas and campaign concepts
- Present ideas and recommendations to management
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
- Assist with creative direction during shoots
- Work closely with our videographer and creative team
- Organise and coordinate content shoots
- Create and manage shot lists
- Arrange products, props and locations
- Ensure all required content is captured for campaigns and social media
- Help direct models, influencers and team members during shoots
- Source influencers and content creators
- Build and maintain creator relationships
- Coordinate influencer visits and campaigns
- Source models and talent for content shoots
- Maintain a database of creators, influencers and talent
- Work closely with the Marketing Director and senior management
- Support new store openings and launch campaigns
- Assist with promotional activities and activations
- Help ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years' experience managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience planning and scheduling content
- Experience managing online communities
- Experience coordinating content shoots
- Comfortable directing models, influencers and staff during content creation
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel between locations for content shoots, meetings, store openings and marketing activations
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within Food & Beverage, Hospitality or Restaurant businesses
- Experience working with influencers and content creators
- Experience using Meta Business Suite and social scheduling platforms
- Basic understanding of photography and videography
- Experience working in a multi-location or franchise business
