SENIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We Realise Potential in Your Story
Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Senior Social Media Manager to join our Agency team and support the operation of the J.League’s international social media handles (in English)
The J.League is Japan’s premier football league. Renowned for its passionate fan culture and elite talent, it is one of Asia's most competitive leagues. The Senior Social Media Manager will be at the heart of driving the international growth of an exciting, fast-growing, and globally recognised sports brand. Focusing on English-speaking markets - the USA, Australia, UK and wider Europe - your main focus will be to lead the day-to-day content output and ideation across its core channels, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Working closely with the strategy and insights function, the Senior Social Media Manager will produce social-first, best-in-class storytelling around the league, its players, and teams; you’ll also be responsible for briefing editors and designers to produce best in class content. The successful candidate will have previous experience and skills in content ideation, planning, stakeholder management and community engagement, as well as demonstrable work in social media across European football, which is integral to the role. Furthermore, passion for and knowledge of the J.League, its teams, and its players is highly desirable.
Weekend and out-of-hours work will be needed in line with the J.League fixture list.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
