Senior Social Worker - Assessment Team
Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Assessment Team Location: Havering Pay Rate: £ 38.50/per hour
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join an Assessment Team. If you are a dedicated and compassionate social worker looking for a rewarding opportunity, our client is currently looking for Senior Social Workers to join them on a locum basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with other professionals.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals and families, ensuring their well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
- Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
- Experience in assessment and care planning.
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
