About The Role
An exceptional opportunity to join a pioneering team leading fuel cell development and shaping the future of hydrogen power.
As a Software & Controls Engineer in our Product Development team, you will:
- Deliver embedded control strategies and firmware for systems/components
- Design and develop from early prototypes to fully produced products
- Conduct on-hardware validation and verification, enabling hands-on debugging
- Collaborate across disciplines while driving high-performance delivery of projects
The position thrives on a fast-paced, results-driven environment balancing time, cost, and quality meetables in an industrial setting.

What You’ll Bring
- A BEng/BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
- 5+ years’ industry experience in highly regulated sectors (Automotive/Aerospace).
- Full lifecycle control system design expertise—from concept to implementation.
- Adaptable communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong proficiency in:
- MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow for system/simulation development.
- Auto-code deployment and bare-metal C programming for embedded systems.
- Hardware integration and troubleshooting via sensors/actuators using:
- CAN protocol
- Serial protocols (SPI, possibly others)
- A process-driven methodology for development, testing, issue-reporting, and change management.
