Senior TypeScript Engineer (Contract)
Remote (UK)
6–12 Month Contract | Outside IR35 | £550 per day
We're working with a fast-growing EdTech SaaS business looking for an experienced TypeScript Engineer to help build and enhance a modern cloud-native platform used by thousands of educators and learners.
You'll join a collaborative engineering team, working across the full software development lifecycle to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript
- Node.js backend development
- REST APIs and microservices
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React desirable)
- SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- CI/CD and automated testing
- Agile development experience

- Experience working on SaaS products
- Exposure to event-driven architectures
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience building scalable, customer-facing applications
