Job: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Belfast | Hybrid
Salary: Up to £65,000 plus bonus

Job: Full-Stack Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll join a growing team shaping the future of digital agriculture by developing cutting-edge solutions that make a real difference to customers. You will have autonomy to make decisions, be involved in early phases and have meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
- Develop & Improve Features: Design and build solutions that make a real impact for users.
- Take Ownership: Drive the full development lifecycle, delivering clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.
- Engage with Users: Partner with customers and technicians to provide support and gather feedback.
- Ensure Quality & Reliability: Produce well-tested, optimized software that performs in real-world conditions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, testers, and product managers to create impactful, innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in web application development, with a solid understanding of databases and cloud platforms.
- Strong focus on quality, reproducibility, and delivering reliable, maintainable solutions.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
