Senior Software Engineer (AI)
A high-growth global fintech platform are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their AI Centre of Excellence team.
The team is building practical AI solutions that move beyond experimentation and into real-world use cases across the business.
📍 London based, 3 days a week onsite
💸 Salary up to £98k
💻 Stack: Python, Typescript, LangGraph, PydanticAI

The role:
- Drive the adoption of cutting edge AI technology
- You’ll be hands-on building LLM-powered applications, APIs and internal tools
- Working closely with engineers, product teams and data scientists
- Take ideas from prototype through to production

Requirements:
- Experience with Python and Typescript
- Agentic AI experience e.g. LangGraph, ADK or Agentic Workflows
- AI assisted development experience (they use Claude Code)
- Experience building products from idea to production
- Product engineer mindset, ability to understand business problems
