Job Description
Join Humaans as a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build "Athena," an agentic AI layer automating people operations. Working directly with the founders in London, you will own features from ideation to launch across a modern TypeScript stack. Help us redefine how fast-growing companies like Poolside and Quantexa manage complex global workflows.

What You Will Do
- Build and ship end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js while contributing to technical architecture and infrastructure on Kubernetes.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and Head of Engineering to shape product definition, discover customer needs, and expand the third-party integration marketplace.
- Own the full software lifecycle, from scoping and technical planning to implementation, bug fixes, and supporting sales/marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate
- Extensive professional experience building full-stack web applications, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment, with a deep appreciation for digital craftsmanship.
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with the ability to navigate complex backend systems and frontend React components with ease.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems and collaborating effectively with product teams to deliver tangible value to end-users.
