Senior Software Engineer - AI and Copilot
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience and a passion around AI, Claude, and Copilot, to join our client on a fully remote basis.
About the Role
You'll be joining a business that has developed an advanced risk analysis platform, enabling safer and more secure travel. Their data-driven approach combines broad-spectrum open-source intelligence, cutting-edge AI technology, and world-class analysis to deliver real-time situational intelligence to customers across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Join a team leveraging AI to accelerate software delivery without compromising engineering quality.
- Understand how AI can enhance the entire software development lifecycle while maintaining robust engineering standards.
- Embed agentic AI and modern AI tooling into development workflows, using AI to improve productivity, automate repetitive engineering tasks, strengthen testing, accelerate delivery, and enhance developer experience.
- Coach and mentor engineers on AI best practices, helping establish an AI-first engineering culture across the team.
- Understand how AI can become part of the product itself. Experience designing, integrating, or delivering AI-powered features, services, or intelligent workflows within commercial applications will be highly valued.

Requirements
- Deep and broad commercial software engineering experience.
- Proven experience of leveraging AI to accelerate software delivery without compromising engineering quality.
- Hands-on experience with C#.Net, ReactJS, Agile, and Azure Cloud.
- Practical knowledge of Azure Functions, App Services, Table/Queue/Blob Storage, ASP.NET WebAPI, and database technologies.
- Excellent understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including:
- Unit testing
- SOLID principles
- Clean architecture
- Change management
- Delivering high-quality, maintainable software at scale.

Interview Process
The process consists of two stages conducted via Zoom, including a live technical interview—there are no take-home coding tests. Although this is a fully remote role, there will be occasional visits (approximately 2–3 times per year) to the company headquarters for team collaboration, planning, and training.
