ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring on behalf of a leading AI technology company seeking Senior Software Engineers to contribute to next-generation AI development.
Your engineering expertise will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience required — your domain knowledge is what qualifies you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and optimise software solutions to support AI training environments
- Create reproducible environments and reference solutions for complex engineering problems
- Debug, refactor, and improve codebases to meet high-quality specifications
- Implement features and contribute to performance optimisation across systems
- Participate in code reviews and uphold software best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, Rust, C++, TypeScript, or GoLang
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning
- Demonstrated experience debugging complex software and delivering maintainable solutions
- Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record in collaborative, cross-functional, or remote teams
Preferred
- Experience with large-scale distributed codebases
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning systems (not required)
