We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience and a passion around AI, Claude and Copilot, to join our client on a fully remote basis.
About the Role
You'll be joining a business that has developed an advanced risk analysis platform, enabling safer and more secure travel. Their data-driven approach combines broad-spectrum open-source intelligence, cutting-edge AI technology and world-class analysis to deliver real-time situational intelligence to customers across the globe.
Key Requirements
We're looking for someone with deep and broad commercial software engineering experience, but equally important is proven experience of leveraging AI to accelerate software delivery without compromising engineering quality. This isn't simply about using AI coding assistants—it's about understanding how AI can enhance the entire software development lifecycle while maintaining robust engineering standards.
The successful candidate will have already embedded agentic AI and modern AI tooling into development workflows, using AI to improve productivity, automate repetitive engineering tasks, strengthen testing, accelerate delivery and enhance developer experience. You'll also be comfortable coaching and mentoring engineers on AI best practices, helping establish an AI-first engineering culture across the team.

Beyond the development process, we're looking for someone who understands how AI can become part of the product itself. Experience designing, integrating or delivering AI-powered features, services or intelligent workflows within commercial applications will be highly valued.
Technical Skills
As mentioned, this is a hands-on Senior Software Engineering role where the ideal candidate will have deep commercial experience with:
- C# .Net
- ReactJS
- Agile
- Azure Cloud
This includes practical knowledge of:
- Azure Functions
- App Services
- Table/Queue/Blob Storage
- ASP.NET WebAPI
- Database technologies
You'll also have an excellent understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including:

Interview Process
The process consists of two stages conducted via Zoom, including a live technical interview—there are no take-home coding tests. Although this is a fully remote role, there will be occasional visits (approximately 2–3 times per year) to the company headquarters for team collaboration, planning and training.
