We're working with a well-established technology company that is making significant investments in developing a new generation of AI-native products. They offer the opportunity to work on greenfield initiatives with the stability and resources of a larger organisation, avoiding the uncertainties often associated with early-stage startups.
The Role
- Build AI-powered products and features from concept through to production
- Design and develop AI agents to solve real business problems
- Work closely with product stakeholders to rapidly iterate and deliver value
- Deploy and operate cloud-native applications in production
- Explore new models, frameworks, and approaches to stay at the forefront of AI innovation

What You'll Need
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with proven commercial full-stack experience
- Experience building and deploying production AI applications or AI agents
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG systems, orchestration frameworks, or similar AI technologies
- Strong architectural instincts and ability to make sound engineering decisions
- Experience working with AWS cloud infrastructure
