The Role
You will:
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver solutions to critical pain points.
- Specify, design, build, test, and maintain new, mission-critical software (with input from—and over—a team you’ll help shape).
- Operate in a pure greenfield environment.
- Collaborate directly with client teams.
- Develop high-performance software.

Key Requirements
- Excellent computer science fundamentals, with a deep grasp of hardware-constrained development constraints.
- Strong knowledge of computer architecture.
- Proficient in C++ and/or Rust, ideally with Rust experience via interest or experience.
- Strong communication skills to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
