The problem
Farmland is judged on county-wide data. So a farmer sitting on genuinely good land carries the cost of their whole county, shut out of insurance, lending and investment through no fault of their own.
Our solution
An AI-native intelligence engine that pulls together a century of agricultural and soil knowledge, letting farmers geotrace their land and see its true quality, acre by acre, rather than the county average. Good land finally gets the recognition it deserves. Poorer land gets a clear improvement plan, and farmers can submit samples to prove the progress they've made. Better insights. Better decisions. The entire ecosystem around the land, farmers, food producers, banks, insurers, conservation and policy makers, finally works off real data.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
