Event Manager
The Event Manager will be responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of all RSM events, including scientific meetings, conferences, and social functions. This role requires excellent organizational and project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in event management, preferably within the medical or academic sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A degree in a relevant field is desirable

Responsibilities
- Developing event proposals and managing budgets
- Liaising with speakers, sponsors, and suppliers
- Coordinating event logistics, including venue, catering, and AV
- Marketing and promoting events
- Managing on-site event execution
- Post-event evaluation and reporting
