We're seeking a passionate Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic business in Plymouth, driving the development of an innovative enterprise software solution from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical long-term project and shape the future of their internal systems.
The Role
- Design and build an enterprise-level software solution with multiple applications
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance across the full development lifecycle
- Operate as a Senior Developer and Technical Lead, taking technical ownership
- Enjoy a high degree of freedom to apply your knowledge and experience in development
- Collaborate and share knowledge with junior team members
- Work 4.5 days per week for 5 days of pay (Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-12:30pm)

What You'll Need
- Strong prior experience as a Senior Developer or Lead Developer
- Expertise in.NET and C#
- Strong coding and programming skills
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, PL/SQL, T-SQL)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
