About Us

At Bezos, our vision is to Deliver Happiness - for our team, for end consumers, for the e-commerce brands we serve, and for our logistics partners. We're the managed global fulfilment partner for scaling e-commerce brands: one platform and one team handling fulfilment across a global fulfilment network, spanning the UK, Europe, North America and Australia. We give growing brands enterprise-grade logistics without the enterprise-grade complexity. We're a fast-moving, AI-native, Series A startup that will almost double our business in 2026 - and the platform that makes it all run is exactly what you'll build.

The Mission: What You Will Achieve

You'll become a cornerstone of our engineering team and help build the platform that powers global fulfilment - orders, inventory, shipments and returns flowing across our network every day. Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering, you won't just write production-grade code: you'll own core services end-to-end, mentor other engineers, influence the big technical decisions, and help shape how we build.

We're genuinely AI-native and we expect our engineers to build with AI every day. This is a hands-on, high-impact seat in a small team where one exceptional engineer changes the trajectory of the whole business.

Core Pillars of Success

  • Build the core platform. Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure services and APIs in our serverless cloud environment, predominantly in Go and React.
  • Own it end-to-end. Take domain-specific services from architectural design through to deployment, monitoring, and investigating and fixing the root causes of issues - you build it, you run it.
  • Build with AI. Use modern AI-powered dev tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) every day to ship faster, and help set the standard for how we engineer with AI.
  • Champion engineering excellence. Raise the bar on development workflows, testing, deployment and observability. Release small, fast and often - and keep the code simple, because the best code is the code you don't have to write.
  • Level up the team. Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair programming and design discussions, and help shape our engineering culture and best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
