Method Resourcing is partnering with a leading UK financial services organisation to recruit a Senior Software Engineer to join a newly established AI & Automation Engineering team.

This is a unique opportunity for a Microsoft-focused Software Engineer who has built a strong foundation in C#,.NET and Azure, embraced modern DevOps practices, and is now excited by the potential of AI to solve real business problems.

  • Play a key role in building a new orchestration platform that sits between customer-facing applications and core business systems.
  • Developing backend services using C# and.NET
  • Designing and building REST APIs
  • Building cloud-native solutions in Azure
  • Working with Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Automating business processes through modern engineering practices
  • Exploring and implementing AI technologies, including LLMs, where they add genuine business value
  • Helping shape the architecture and engineering standards of a growing team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
