Senior Fullstack Engineer

This role sits within a highly strategic team tasked with engineering the systems that bring entirely new fleets, brokers, and industry sectors onto the platform .As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will step into an end-to-end ownership role. You will design, deploy, and measure the impact of features that directly unlock new commercial opportunities, balancing complex backend architecture with intuitive user experiences
. What You’ll Be Doi ngYou will dive deep into a sophisticated, highly asynchronous technical ecosystem where you will lead features from initial ideation through to production. Your daily focus will balance writing clean, performant domain logic with establishing the frontend tools that make complex configurations seamless for the wider busines s.Drive architectural consistency across a TypeScript monorepo using CQRS and Hexagonal architectur e.Design commands, events, and projections to keep distributed microservices communicating asynchronousl y.Partner with product and underwriting teams to transform complex rating logic into clean interface s.Extend an internal React-based application that safely configures product behavior and onboards new sector s.Build and scale resilient, cloud-native services utilizing a modern AWS serverless stac k.Champion technical excellence across the team, focusing on system observability, idempotency, and graceful recover
