Day-to-Day
- Design and build scalable backend systems deployed in AWS
- Own solutions end-to-end, from idea through production
- Work closely with Product, Design & Data teams to solve real customer problems
- Make key architectural decisions shaping the future of the platform
- Improve performance, reliability, security & scalability across critical systems
- Mentor engineers & contribute to a high-performing engineering culture
- Operate in an AI-first environment where tools like Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot are embedded in daily workflows
- Identify AI opportunities to improve
- Developer productivity
- Product capabilities
- Customer outcomes
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies & define engineering best practices for the future

Key Requirements
We're looking for a passionate Senior Engineer who:
Technical Expertise
- Strong backend engineering experience with:
- Kotlin
- Java
- .NET
- or similar technologies
- Experience building & scaling distributed systems
- Experience with modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) integrated into daily workflow
Mindset & Culture
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first software development & its opportunities
- Product mindset—thinks about users, not just code
- Passion for:
