The Opportunity
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and evolving key business-critical systems.
You'll have the freedom to influence technical decisions, introduce new ideas, and contribute directly to the company's long-term technology vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver greenfield applications and platform capabilities
- Build AI-enabled services and intelligent automation solutions
- Develop high-performance, scalable web applications
- Take ownership across the full software development lifecycle
- Drive improvements in architecture, performance, resilience and scalability
- Work within distributed, high-volume environments
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Service teams
- Coach and mentor fellow engineers, helping raise technical standards
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Champion engineering best practices, code quality and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced software engineer who enjoys building scalable solutions and tackling complex technical challenges.
Experience & Skills
- Strong background developing production-grade applications
- Commercial experience with React, C# and ASP.NET
- Full-stack development expertise
- Experience working within cloud-based architectures
- Strong understanding of scalable and distributed systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers
- Interest in AI, automation or emerging technologies
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for innovation
