As a Senior Software Engineer AI Native, this is a hands-on role for a senior engineer who wants real ownership, fast pace and the chance to shape how modern software gets delivered. You’ll take ideas from concept to production, using AI-assisted workflows to move faster, think sharper and deliver better. If you’re at your best when you’re trusted, challenged and close to the work, this is where you’ll do your best engineering.

What you’ll do
- Own software end-to-end, turning complex ideas into production systems that deliver real business impact
- Build and evolve full-stack, cloud-native products that scale cleanly and perform under pressure
- Use AI-assisted engineering to accelerate delivery while holding the line on quality, security and standards
- Shape clean, testable architectures and APIs that simplify complexity and unlock future speed
- Partner across product and engineering to turn fast-moving requirements into structured, working solutions
This is a senior individual contributor role for engineers who want to stay hands-on, move quickly and be judged on what they build not how they manage. If you’re motivated by pace, ownership and the chance to improve how software gets made, you’ll fit right in.
