About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to architect, build, and operate AI systems that will drive the next chapter of this organization. This role is pivotal in transforming internal MVPs into enterprise-ready applications, ensuring robust codebase hygiene and seamless integration of AI workflows into business processes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Architect and deliver internal systems from MVP to production-grade applications.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and ensure security and GDPR compliance.
  • Integrate AI workflows into real business processes across various departments.
  • Maintain codebase hygiene through Git practices, code reviews, and documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience building production-grade systems, ideally in a startup environment.
  • Strong full-stack capabilities across SQL, backend services, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Experience with modern LLMs, agents, embeddings, and integrating AI into business processes.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Fluency in Git, API design, and security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
