Senior Software Engineer

Senior Backend Engineer (Go)

Remote-First Package: Up to £130,000 + Bonus + Equity

We’re partnering with one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity companies in the market. Already operating at unicorn status and targeting $400M ARR by the end of 2026, the business scales rapidly across the UK and globally.

With approximately 450 employees worldwide, a well-founded profit model, and plans to hire over 200 additional team members this year, this is an opportunity to be part of a high-growth company at a pivotal stage of its journey.

As part of a major platform transformation, the engineering team is rebuilding critical systems with a focus on:

  • Adopting AI-native development practices
  • Migrating services to Go
  • Designing highly scalable distributed systems
  • Achieving sub-50ms latency performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
