💰 £70,000 - £80,000 + Excellent Benefits

🔒 Public Safety & Compliance Tech

Are you an experienced Senior C# Engineer looking for a role with real architectural ownership? We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, PE-backed public safety tech business that is looking to hire a talented Senior C# Engineer to join their expanding team. As a Senior C# Engineer, you will lead the transition from bespoke, point-to-point integrations to a highly scalable, reusable platform.

If you are a Senior C# Engineer who wants to move away from repetitive, bespoke pipeline building and instead design core integration frameworks, this is the perfect next step for your career.

The Role & Career Trajectory for a Senior C# Engineer

This isn't a restrictive, pigeon-holed integration role. First and foremost, we need a high-calibre Senior C# Engineer who loves building elegant backend systems. As the lead Senior C# Engineer in this domain, you will own the technical strategy, build the core platform patterns, and establish the standards that every other engineering team in the business will build upon. Once these platforms are in place, your role as a Senior C# Engineer will naturally expand into the core engineering team, giving you massive long-term career progression.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
