Are you an experienced Senior C# Engineer looking for a role with real architectural ownership? We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, PE-backed public safety tech business that is looking to hire a talented Senior C# Engineer to join their expanding team. As a Senior C# Engineer, you will lead the transition from bespoke, point-to-point integrations to a highly scalable, reusable platform.

Senior C# Engineer Requirements:
- Deep.NET Expertise: You must be a proven Senior C# Engineer with a track record of building and operating production backend systems in modern.NET (6+).
- The "Platform" Mindset: A Senior C# Engineer who sees three similar problems and instinctively builds one reusable, elegant solution.
- Integration Experience: A Senior C# Engineer who is highly comfortable working with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous event-driven messaging.
- Strong Communication: A Senior C# Engineer who can speak directly with external partners, challenge requirements constructively, and influence decisions.
- DevOps Focus: A Senior C# Engineer with solid experience in Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Senior C# Engineer Responsibilities:
- Build reusable frameworks: Work as the primary Senior C# Engineer designing the platforms that turn complex integrations into simple, plug-and-play configurations.
- Engineer for scale: Apply your skills as a Senior C# Engineer to build resilient, high-volume systems featuring idempotency, smart retries, and top-tier observability.
