Work on a real AI product… not a marketing gimmick
An AI-powered fraud detection system is making waves within the financial sector. Already being used by several unicorn fintechs, this YC-backed team is now looking to grow with a number of hires to formulate their core engineering team.
One of those hires, maybe you, will be focused on developing our core platform. The role is mostly backend focused (80%) using Node/TypeScript and Python with some React (20%) for the UI. As we are mostly a backend product, working with APIs and connecting the LLMs to our clients, we also need someone who can work in a serverless architecture, using AWS.
The founders are experienced fintech specialists having worked with some of the most exciting teams from Europe. Now we turn our attention to hopefully the next big B2B AI product, and your chance to join awaits.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
