Our AI doesn't just optimize—it delivers the measurable outcomes that matter most to our clients, giving them the competitive edge they need in a crowded marketplace. Ready to join the team that's defining the future of digital advertising?
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Partner Integrations team. The team acts as a bridge between Quantcast and the third parties that are needed to achieve our customers’ advertising goals. The team is responsible for bringing all the available ad opportunities on the open internet to our platform, managing the entire lifecycle of all the creatives as well as ingestion of customer segments from data platforms. We are only able to achieve all this by working closely with our partners and the high volume live integrations that we have built with them over time. Our systems range from monoliths to microservices, all hosted in AWS along with a large swathe of data pipelines that ship several Terabytes of data everyday. We are responsible for the evolution and continuing operational excellence of these systems that ultimately enable smooth running of ad campaigns on the Quantcast platform. \n

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll do: Drive engineering initiatives through design, implementation and production rollout, ensuring systems are reliable, monitored, and successfully adopted by users. Identify and resolve cross-team technical and commercial bottlenecks, coordinating with wider engineering teams, other functions as well as with our 3rd party partners to ensure project’s success. Support the professional development of your peers and junior members of the team by providing regular, constructive feedback on code, system design, and engineering processes. Manage the resolution of complex on-call incidents, coordinating team-wide responses and implementing measures to improve long-term system health.
You might be a great fit for this role if you: Focus on outcomes: You don’t claim victory at code completion; you measure success by positive business results and customer adoption. Operate with autonomy: You are comfortable taking high-level priorities and turning them into actionable, well-defined technical roadmaps without constant supervision. Bridge the gap: You enjoy deeply understanding the end-customer use case and translating those requirements into robust technical solutions. Advocate for excellence: You have a passion for mentoring others and are dedicated to maintaining high standards for code quality and operational reliability.
