I’m working with a global technology company that sits right at the heart of professional sport.

Their platform is used every day by elite athletes, coaches and performance teams around the world to train smarter, make better decisions and push performance to the next level.

They’re building products that actually get used (at scale) by real people under real pressure. Think millions of users, live data, constant iteration and a culture that ships hundreds of changes a day.

This is a great chance to really join a pioneering & innovation lead market leader working in one of the most exciting global domains!

If you love sport or are interested in working in a very data driven company fuelled by engineering this is a great match.

They’re now hiring a Senior Engineer to join a cross-functional product team working on human performance and athlete data.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
